TERMS OF USE

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the mobile applications AWS Exam Prep 2024 and CompTIA Exam Prep 2024 (collectively, "the Apps"). The Apps are developed, owned, and operated by Neural Network Pvt Ltd ("Neural Network," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Apps, you ("the user") agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the Apps.

 
1. License Grant and Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. Access to content in the Apps may depend on whether you hold a valid subscription. You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or modify the content of the Apps outside the scope of their intended use.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps.

  • Use the Apps for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

 
2. Subscription and Billing

The Apps offer auto-renewing subscription services. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to the following:

  • Subscriptions will renew automatically at the end of each subscription period unless canceled.

  • You will be billed for each renewal period until you terminate the subscription.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation must occur before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next subscription period.

 
3. Changes to the Agreement

Neural Network reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted within the Apps, and continued use of the Apps after modifications will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

 
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the Apps, including text, images, logos, and code, are the exclusive property of Neural Network and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

 
5. Termination

Neural Network reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Apps for any reason, including breach of this Agreement.

 
6. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Apps is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which can be accessed through the Apps or by contacting us at info@neuralnetapps.com.
